John Vigallon has over 30 years of experience with the drug culture. He is a Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor, Executive Director of H.E.L.P. Adolescent Recovery and Educational Services, Vice President of Project GHB, Inc., Vice President of the Northern California Juvenile Officers Association, and Vice President of the Caring about Kids Council.

John presents nationally on Adolescent Substance Abuse, GHB, and Drugs & Gangs on Campus. He currently provides services to many school districts in Northern California. He attends Raves on a regular basis to stay well-versed with the latest trends and has studied the Rave Culture in depth.

John has been the recipient of the California State Juvenile Officers Association’s Individual Service Award, the Directors Award from the California Youth Authority, Man of the Year from Alameda Counties PTSA, and has been recognized by the Stanford University's Center for Research in Disease Prevention for programs he has developed.
