I have news for all those people who think 'DATE RAPE' won't happen to them. It could....
It did to me. Just having fun with all my friends (including my husband) After a couple of hours my husband went home and later in the evening I remember leaving to go home in our local pub courtesy bus.... And poof! no-one can remember seeing me again. I have lost all memory of the night from the time I left until the morning when I was at home. All I knew was that I had been raped and sodomised... and my clothes smelt like urine, and I had bite marks and cratches on me. I spent the rest of the day at the police station where I had the most humiliating time. During the whole ordeal, I was holding my chest. I thought my heart was going to explode... Is was pumping so hard.Then I found out that this was another of the side effects from the GHB in my system. I don't take any drugs (except for my nicotine habit) So they really do use these drugs... And watch out, even when there are people you know around...
TAKE CARE with your drink... This drug with drinking can lead to devastation. I am struggling to support my husband now, who has totally collapsed with the idea that SOMEONE we know, has done this to his precious wife. This is hard enough on the victim (ME) without the side effects that this drug has on the people around me. (including my children)
