NOTICE---CONFERENCE DATE CHANGE

Conference D=
ate
Changed to March 2007
Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Internat= ional GHB & Chemical Drug Conference is being rescheduled to March 23-25, 2007, still at the Arlington Wyndham Hotel in Arlington (Dallas area), Texas. We apologize for inconvenience and chaos that this may create. I know that date will not please everyone, but it’s always impossible to find the perfect date. That date may bump into some other conferences, but we had to work with available hotel dates. Some have said they prefer that date.
I personally apologize for this change and the late notice. However, I have lost= a full five weeks of my life, at a crucial time for conference planning, due to a bizarre health episode. If y= ou haven’t heard of Guillain-Barre Syndrome= (I certainly hadn’t), it is a strange experience to say the least. They are assuming it was tr= iggered by a spider bite. I was luck= y in that it never affected respiratory or digestive systems (most G-B patients= end up on a respirator, paralyzed except for your mind—scary thought), b= ut it has been a trip learning to walk and type again. Imagine how your foot feels when = it “falls asleep” and tingles so intensely while “waking up.” Now, transfer tha= t to both feet, both hands and your nose, 24/7 for five weeks!!!
Watch out for those spiders and hope to see you in
We will work with those who have registered to attend= or signed up as vendors to accommodate the change. If someone is unable to attend wi= th the new dates, we can work with transferring to another person or refund as needed. Thank you for your understanding.
The $190 registration fee now applies through April 1= 5. Hotel rate remains the same.
