Help Educate Loving Parents (H.E.L.P.) is an outpatient treatment program for adolescents and also conducts programs to reduce drug abuse on high school campuses. H.E.L.P. is a nonprofit organization based in Fremont, California, in the vicinity of San Francisco.

H.E.L.P. is a model program for addressing drug abuse in the schools and incorporates family participation in the recovery program, with a proven track record for reducing drug abuse and recidivism. HELP counselors make presentations in the schools, providing accurate information about today's drugs of abuse and inviting students to meet with them to discuss drug issues that they face, whether personally or within family or circle of friends. Several of H.E.L.P.s graduates are also involved in helping others through presentations to students in other area schools and to parents, school administrators and other resources to bring about awareness. H.E.L.P.'s helpers will be involved in this new teen message board on drug issues.
